august 8, southwest bureau of caac (civil aviation administration of china) issued the ccar-141 civil aircraft pilot school certification to the flight college of chongqing general aviation co., ltd (cqga). it marks that cqga got the civil aircraft driver school qualification officially, and it became the first legal person who operates the ccar-141 regulation.
